The story

From the Castello di Belcaro to your home

The villa was born in the late 1700s as a farmhouse on the estate of the Castello di Belcaro. Fully restored in 2024 following bio-building principles, it keeps its original stones, fireplaces and proportions — with the comfort of a great contemporary home.

From the windows and the panoramic garden, the view sweeps across the estate's olive groves to the skyline of Siena's historic centre: the Torre del Mangia, the bell tower of the Duomo.

Villa Mami is part of a large farming estate producing IGP Toscano and DOP Terre di Siena extra virgin olive oil. The olive groves surrounding the house are not scenery: they are a work that has continued for generations.

You will find it at breakfast, in the kitchen, and in the bottle — to take home.
